CONDITIONS:

To qualify for wholesale pricing, clients must place a minimum order value of $500. If you need to order less than that, you may do so from our retail web site.

Use of the wholesale platform is strictly restricted to business clients who are looking to print, embroider or otherwise decorate the products. Should you wish to purchase our products to retail them as blanks, please contact us first. If you do plan on reselling our products as blanks, the price should not be less than the retail prices found on our retail site (www.houseofblanks.com), including shipping.

All prices do not include shipping, taxes, duties, customs fees or any other government fees.

All orders are subject to acceptance by House Of Blanks Inc.

All prices are subject to change without notice.

PAYMENT TERMS:

Payment is due prior to shipping. Payment should be made within 48 hours of receiving our payment request. Orders that are not paid for within 48 hours may be cancelled and the goods released back to our inventory for others to buy.

We reserve the right to cancel your account if you place an order and do not follow through with payment repeatedly.

RESERVED PROPERTY:

All products sold remain the property of House Of Blanks Inc. until full and final payment is received.

SHIPPING:

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Brampton, Ontario. Shipping costs are calculated upon receipt of your order. We use our network of carriers to determine the lowest shipping cost and will add this to your invoice before requesting payment.

If additional shipping costs are incurred after shipment, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure payment. If the carrier bills these costs to us, they will be charged to your account. Such additional costs may be for: wrong delivery address provided by customer, use of a tailgate, wait time at delivery, delivery to a residential address, and others.

You are also welcome to arrange your own shipping. Please be sure to email us a prepaid waybill and arrange your carrier to pickup after payment is made and you are contacted by our customer service team. Do not send your carrier without confirming that the order is ready for pickup. We will not be responsible for missed pickups or any other costs charged by your carrier for any reason whatsoever.

PICKUP:

You are welcome to pickup your order at our Brampton location. Please confirm that the order is ready for pickup. Do not just show up without arranging with our customer service team.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS:

Orders that are not yet paid for can be changed or cancelled. Please email us at wholesale@houseofblanks.com with your order number and your change/cancellation request.

Orders that are paid for but haven’t been shipped or picked up yet and are cancelled will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

RETURNS & CLAIMS:

Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and have to be returned to House Of Blanks Inc. within 10 days of receiving the goods.

In the case of incorrect products being shipped, a restocking fee does not apply.

Please obtain a return authorization from customer service prior to returning any merchandise by contacting us at wholesale@houseofblanks.com and letting us know:

- your order number
- the reason for the return
- details and quantities of the items being returned

Any garments that are worn, washed, printed, embroidered, dyed or otherwise altered from their original state will not be accepted.

Original shipping costs are not refundable and all shipping and brokerage costs on returns must be prepaid. Should we incur any shipping or customs brokerage costs for your returns, they will be deducted from your refund or charged to your account. House Of Blanks Inc. reserves the right to refuse any unauthorized returns or returns that require payment from us at or after delivery.

ALL BUYER’S RESPONSIBILITY:

It is the consignee’s and/or buyer’s responsibility to inspect the merchandise and boxes/packaging upon reception, in order to declare any defects or damages and to confirm receiving the correct style, size, colour or quantities before altering the merchandise. While House Of Blanks Inc. makes all efforts to assure the quality and accuracy of each product sent, we will not accept any responsibility of any altered defective, damaged or incorrect merchandise. No returns will be accepted on altered merchandise.

Should you or your consignee receive a box or package that appears to have been tampered with or opened prior to being delivered, please do not accept the delivery and contact us immediately. If possible, please take photos of the boxes and send them to us via email. We will get in touch with the carrier to help resolve the situation.

INTERNATIONAL BUYER’S RESPONSIBILITY:

It is the buyer’s responsibility to understand any and all fees that may be incurred by importing products from Canada to their respective country. Please be aware that you may be charged GST, VAT or other taxes by your country. You may also be charged tariffs, duties and customs brokerage fees. All of the above taxes, tariffs, duties and fees are the responsibility of the client and not payable by House Of Blanks Inc.

Duty Free Countries:

The countries listed in the chart below have a free trade agreement with Canada. Customers located in and shipping merchandise to these countries are exempt from any customs duties. If you are receiving our products in these countries and are asked by the carrier (UPS, DHL, FedEx, etc) to pay customs duties, please do not pay (carrier may withhold delivery) and contact us immediately for assistance. Should you ignore this instruction and pay the duties, House Of Blanks Inc. will not issue any refunds for duties paid. House Of Blanks Inc. is also unable to help in the recuperation of any amounts already paid for customs duties.
